Housekeeping Inspections and Pre-Arrival Walkthroughs:
Let our detail oriented inspector check behind your cleaning crew to make sure your place is impeccably clean. Cleanliness is one of the most important things to clients when they are staying in a home. We will also walk through and make sure the tvs,lights, ac, heat, and fans are working. We will also set ambient lighting to greet clients who are arriving.
Light Maintence:
We will change lightbulbs, stove eyes, air filters, water filters, and empty dehumidifiers as needed.
Yearly Beach Service:
We will set up and breakdown chairs and hammocks and you can offer beach service as an ammenity! Our beach service is almost year round we will be closed 12/14/23-1/4/24 so we can spend time with our families. The only other days we will not be able to provide setup is due to weather!
House Stocking:
We will stock or restock any item you may need for your home! The most commonly replaced items are kitchen items. We can also setup new furniture if you have it delivered!
